continue my revision on service n production...kinda sick of dat 2 subjects...hate d sauces name...y d world nid to named so many names on those stupid sauces...'bechamel'...'veloute'....'espagnole'....'hollandaise'...these is jux onli d mother sauces...wtf...there ar stil gt many smal cooking sauces...
n somor d vegetable cuts...'brunoise'...'chiffonade'...'jardiniere'...'julienne'...'macedoie'...n 'tomato concasse'...
talking bout type of food service...there ar plenty of them nid to memorize too...some nid to serve from d right...while some nid to serve from d left...right..left..left...right...my gosh...jux simply serve n eat mah cn d lur...in d end all d foods wil go in our stomach...wats d point for elegant n formal...nonsense...
