I had try my very first frying in kitchen today. And this is it. I think they are quite yummy.

Done salmon on rye for the executive lounge. Pretty izit??? Hahahahahaha.
My routine life in cold kitchen.
Prepared the misen place for the buffet station. I just need to cut all the fruits and vegetables. Heard like easy, but when you face a tones of it. Believe me, you will cry out loud.
After that need to prepare for the cheese platter also.
Today buffet theme was international and japenese cuisine. Lucky day for me. Only 2 pax reservations. Left out lots of sushi for me. Thanks to Bob and Clarence.
I had cry in Lee Shan's arm today. I'm so sorry, Lee Shan. But I really felt pressure in cold kitchen. I know I'm a bit slow in cutting. I know my cutting skill was bad. I know my knowledge in kitchen were too shallow. I know I'm not really can enjoy in kitchen although those staff there treat me so good. I'm just too slow. Even slow down their work. I cannot gave my hand out but instead I kept spoil their hard work. I really felt nervous when I punch my card in and start my work. For seriously, I had been at cold kitchen for 2 weeks. But still I duno what should I do. Since I really so useless. Sigh.
